Introducing ADI’s Pet-Friendly Certification

As veterinary experts and animal welfare leaders in Vietnam, we are proud to bring clarity to pet parents and businesses alike. Our Pet-Friendly Certification Program is the first of its kind in Vietnam - a trusted seal that shows which places really roll out the red carpet for four-legged guests.Every certified location is personally visited and assessed by our team, using a rigorous 20-point checklist that covers everything from safety and hygiene to amenities and staff training. Depending on their score, businesses that pass are awarded Silver or Gold Certification.As veterinary experts and leaders in animal welfare, Animal Doctors International (ADI) is proud to introduce Vietnam’s first Pet-Friendly Certification Program. We personally visit and assess each location using our 20-point checklist, covering safety, hygiene, amenities, and staff training.
